  • Our products are made using laser cutting and high-quality printing technology.

2. Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are made based on customer input (names, photos, messages, etc.).

  • Please double-check spelling, dates, and images before submitting — once processed, no changes can be made.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments can be made via Razorpay or other secure payment gateways.

  • Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and the product ordered.

  • Shipping delays due to couriers or weather are not under our control.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

  • As most items are custom-made, we do not accept returns.

  • Replacements are only offered for:

    • Damaged products

    • Wrong product delivered

  • If eligible, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and clear photos.
